When I arrived he greeted me and had everything ready to go. Emily was the sales manager I worked with and she is a total Rock Star. She never pressured me and continually kept me updated on the vehicle I had purchased. Car buying doesn’t have to be a miserable experience and Legends Toyota proves that.
I called today for help with some of the features on my new RAV4 and was put in contact with Product Specialist, Derrick. He was extremely helpful in changing the settings on my car and how to work the remote start. He was very patient and talked me through all the steps in setting up my mobile app. I called him back later asking for help with setting my speedometer to digital...once again he was kind, patient, and very helpful. He deserves a huge raise!!
